History

When Caerwys were elected to the league in 1967 it was a big fillip for the League being a brand new club and being the first from over the Clwydian Range in Flintshire.

Being historically classified as a town, big things were expected of them and they did not disappoint in the early seventies with a exciting team, lovely pitch and big crowds. They had more success in the late 80's but recently they have had problems with a lack of young players and have had some boundary concessions to get around this problem.

Their main pitch is at the school but they do have a secondary pitch at Barlow's Caravan Park. See the map for more details.
