Cefn has the smallest population of all Summer League teams and the original catchment area included Cefnmeiriadog, Marli and part of Llannefydd.
To enable then to exist they have been granted a concession to sign players from St Asaph for many years; the current number is 4 players from the Bro Havard and Llwyn Elwy estates.
In latter years Cefn have been granted further concessions for players from Moelfre, up to the A548 and 4 young players from Llanfair TH
